Geoff's Review
A well-appointed five-screen cinema, with a memorable name, sited on the tree-lined main street of this thriving coastal town. Look for the giant cinema reel protruding from the facade.
Offers a good range of mainstream amnd art house titles for the local population of 33,00 (the young crowd and the older crowd), and the hordes of summer holiday-makers attracted to the nearby gold beaches.
Not on the film festival circuit but you will always find a good selection of films here, with The Butler, Blue Jasmine and the Met Opera screening in November 2013.
