Geoff's Review
The Victoria, a delightful little 34-seater cinema, nestled in the shell of a much grander, former cinema on the main Street (Victoria Street) and run as a one-man band, served Hamilton well during 2002-November 2011. The Lido Hamilton took it over as its fourth screen and re-opened the cinema, with two art house titles (Tomboy and Salt of Life), in December 2011. In May 2012, it closed once more, then re-opened again in August 2012, for weekend screening of art house films, but it did not last. As at July 2013, it was still for sake.
