Geoff's Review
This newest addition to quality film-going in Christchurch rightly features as the first Cinema of the Month entry on this site. It is a lovely venue, returning film-going to the historic Arts Centre in central Christchurch; a lovely two-screen venue and classy bar, done with style and panache. It is really all about what the art house film experience should be: a great location, beautiful screens, a film programme which reflects the knowledge and experience co-owners Nick and Max possess, a sense of something old (film-going as a special occasion) and something new (state-of-the art technology), and a gift to a city which has experienced too many tragedies in recent years.
Do visit soon.
